1. Digital (Online) Course Purchases
Our online courses are digital products and are accessible immediately after purchase.

Once access to a digital course has been granted, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Dissatisfaction once course materials have been accessed

By purchasing a digital course, you acknowledge that you are receiving instant access to protected intellectual property.

2. Face-to-Face / Practical Training Courses
For courses that include in-person practical training, the following terms apply:

Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are used to secure your training date, trainer availability, clinic space, and preparation costs.

If the course is paid in full:

Payments remain non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

This includes situations such as change of mind, personal circumstances, or failure to attend.

Rescheduling:

Learners may request to reschedule their practical training date with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Requests made with less than 7 days’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
Failure to attend a scheduled practical session without notice will be classed as a no-show, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

3. Exceptional Circumstances (Digital & Face-to-Face)
Refunds may only be considered in the following limited situations:

Duplicate purchase (the same course was purchased more than once).

Verified technical issues that prevent access to a digital course, where we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

6. Certification & Course Completion

Once a certificate of completion has been issued, no refunds will be granted, under any circumstances.

This applies to both online and face-to-face courses, including those completed partially or in full.
