Because our courses are digital products and accessible immediately after purchase, we operate under the following refund policy:

1. Digital Course Purchases
  • Once a course has been purchased and access has been granted, all sales are final.

  • Refunds will not be issued simply for a change of mind, accidental purchase, or non-completion of the course.​

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase (you bought the same course more than once).

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Misrepresentation – if the course description does not match the content delivered.

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [your support email]. Include:

  • Your full name

  • Email address used for purchase

  • Course title

  • Reason for your refund request

4. Processing Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

5. CPD Certification

Please note that once a certificate of completion has been issued, no refunds will be granted, even under the exceptional circumstances listed above.
