Welcome to Allure. By booking an appointment or purchasing a service/product from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, by phone, or in person.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

• Some treatments may require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. Failure to complete this may result in your appointment being cancelled.

2. Deposits & Payments

• Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

• Deposits will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.

• Full payment must be made upon completion of your service. We accept [list accepted payment methods].

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• We require at least 2 days notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than the required notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

• Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show) may result in full charges for the booked service.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

• We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unhappy, please let us know during your appointment so we can make adjustments where possible.

• Products purchased are non-refundable unless faulty or required by law.

5. Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your treatment.

• We reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatments if we believe it may not be safe or suitable.

6. Gift Vouchers & Courses
